Rick Capelluto

Rick underwrites and analyzes new investments, including both debt and equity investments in existing assets and development deals. He prepares and assists in presenting investment proposals to our Real Estate Investment Committee. Rick’s responsibilities also include assisting asset managers in lease analysis to compare lease pricing alternatives for prospective tenants and renewals. Additionally, he provides further assistance by analyzing the impact of prospective leases to optimize building value. Rick began his career at Washington Capital as a Fixed Income and Real Estate Intern from 2014-2015. After graduation, he was offered a permanent position at our Seattle office and in 2017 joined WaCap’s Boston team.
