Rick Ashton, CCIM

Rick began his career with the Trammell Crow Company, then held positions at Fenley Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky and JLL prior to joining CBRE in March 2024. Rick has held his CCIM designation since 2005. Rick has assisted hundreds of office tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers of office properties throughout his nearly 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of Louisville’s office market and is a frequent contributor to local and regional publications and organizations. His unique experience from all angles of a transaction enables him to serve his clients as a trusted resource. Rick is a former president of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter and was inducted into the 2018 Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Rick is a graduate of DePauw University with a degree in history and enjoys golf, travel, and attending his family’s sporting events. He has also served on many community and non-profit boards, including serving as chair of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award.
