Richard Whiteley

Richard, a native of Austin, joined the Cushman & Wakefield family in September 2014 as a data analyst and soon took over the helm of director of research. He used that valuable experience interpreting the Austin commercial real estate market to help brokers most effectively serve their clients and to prepare for his own career advancement. In March 2016 he was promoted to associate in broker services where he focuses on tenant representation. His best days are when he’s able to go above and beyond to thrill his clients with outstanding service. Richard aspires to create an impeccable reputation in and out of commercial real estate, built on honesty, integrity, and a passion to help Austin continue to grow to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
