Richard Silverman

Richard M. Silverman, Senior Associate, co-leads Silver Line Realty Group NY. He focuses on the marketing and leasing of retail space for property owners, as well as strategic planning, market analysis, and space acquisition for retail tenants in prime neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Mr. Silverman joined the team in 2021 and has since worked on projects with Fowler Park LLC (75 Lafayette Avenue and 610 Dean Street); Sicherman Management (305 Flatbush Ave and 244 Fifth Ave); Francine Realty (274 Flatbush Ave and 77 Fifth Ave).
