Richard Senn

Richard C. (Rick) Senn has been involved in the marketing, leasing, and locating of commercial and industrial properties in Northeast Ohio for the past 17 years. He has also been brokering manufacturing equipment and industrial businesses in the Northeast Ohio are for the past 40 years. He has held positions as both CEO and COO for small to medium manufacturing companies in the Northern Ohio area and has deep experience in the management of sales & marketing, operations, and accounting. Richard has a deep knowledge of the industrial/ manufacturing base in Ohio along with many contacts in the industry. Richard has concentrated his most recent efforts on brokering industrial businesses and specializing in industrial Real Estate in the Northeast Ohio area. Rick Senn Through his deep experience and extensive contacts within the industry, He has been able to structure an assortment of deals that have proven to be beneficial to both buyers and sellers. Richard has also been involved in the total development of industrial businesses here in the Northern Ohio area. Richard is able to handle the total scope of the transaction, from initial analysis and evaluation of the property, including its current use and its optimum use, through the total marketing of the property in the most efficient and encompassing manner and to the best, direct audience. His knowledge of industrial building use and the potential for its use along with his financial and marketing background has enabled him to give his clients the best possible service in selling their property or in purchasing a property. Richard holds a BS Degree in Business Administration. He holds a Real Estate Broker license in the state of Ohio and is a past member of the Ohio Business Brokers Association and Machinery Dealers National Association.
