Richard Schnider

Richard joined TRUE in 2015 after spending years in the world of finance. His experience in that fast paced industry has helped him in his role as a deal-maker in the shopping center industry. Richard's primary role at the firm is the representation of landlord's and retailers in Connecticut and New York. More specifically, Richard has exclusive relationships with retailers and restaurants such as Blackstone's Steakhouse, Moe's Southwest Grill and AAA. He also provides critical assistance to some of the firms other accounts such as Chick-fil-A, Carvana and Sport Clips. Richard also plays a huge role in the firms landlord assignments and is often called upon to bring transactions to the finish line and keep leasing schedules on track. Richard earned a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver. He resides in Weston, CT with his wife and two children.
