Richard Santore

Mr. Santore has extensive experience in automated systems and their practical applications. He holds a degree in computer science and worked as a programmer and systems analyst prior to entering the real estate arena. It is this working knowledge of computer information systems that has allowed Mr. Santore to design and develop the in-house state-of-the-art computer systems utilized by his firm in the evaluation of properties for acquisition, the analysis of business opportunities, the creation of financial models, and the processing of sophisticated data used in the study of demographic information, market trends, portfolio preparation and national and international networking. Since the mid 1980's, Mr. Santore has devoted the majority of his efforts to the marketing and sale of commercial real estate and business opportunities. He has been responsible for the sale, leasing and/or exchange of major real estate holdings for the FDIC, RTC, financial banking institutions, national corporations, noted celebrities and private individuals. Although Mr. Santore has significant experience in land development and planning, his main area of real estate expertise is centered in the hospitality industry including the evaluation, funding and brokerage of restaurants, catering facilities, hotels, golf courses, marinas, nightclubs and taverns. Mr. Santore is a detail oriented individual who pays strict attention to all aspects of "making a deal". This systematized approach provides his clientele with the highest level of service and optimum results.
