Richard Saig

Richard Saig Jr. was born and raised in Jacksonville, attending Bishop Kenny High School and later graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business. After working for Merrill Lynch post graduation, his career in real estate began in 2013 as a property manager for Akras Family Enterprises. Richard gained commercial property management experience for two years at Akras before deciding to advance his career into sales and leasing with Addison Commercial Real Estate. His 30+ years of calling Jacksonville home has allowed him to watch our city grow into the amazing place it has become. In 2018, Richard began working at Kinkade Commercial Real Estate and has vast experience dealing with Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases in Retail, Office, Industrial, Land and even Breweries which Jacksonville has become known for in the tourism industry. Richard knows his way around City Hall as well and has developed great relationships working on redevelopment projects that included rezoning and approval from Jacksonville City Council. Richard has a black & white, adopted lab mix, Skyler. Richard is a supporter of all UF athletics and enjoys going to their sporting events year-round. He is also a lifelong Jaguars fan and season ticket holder. He enjoys being active outdoors on his kayak and paddleboard as well as spending time with family and friends.
