Richard Reisman

Richard C Reisman brings to Marcus & Millichap his extensive mixed-use experience. His comprehensive project & transaction background, specifically in combined uses, follow his work in architecture, development & mixed-use consulting for public and private entities. Richard specializes in premium developments and redevelopments of properties on the San Francisco Peninsula and the broader Bay Area. Richard spent 16 years directing development for Interland Corporation included land transactions, commercial leasing, managing design & construction teams, and public agency liaison for institutional multi-family residential, office, retail, and cinema projects. Richard began consulting at Santana Row (2003), contributing residential expertise and broad planning for subsequent phases of this nationally recognized mixed-use community. Richard founded Home Partners, Development & Mixed-Use Consulting, and in 2012 teamed with Marcus & Millichap for an assignment that led to a working relationship and his ultimately joining the firm. Richard’s ongoing relationships with San Mateo and Santa Clara County cities were formed during his whole career and through his public service on Planning Commission and Design Review Boards. These contacts and zoning knowledge, along with project economics, support accurate underwriting and optimal real estate marketing to the nation’s best developer buyers
