Richard B. Pifer ‘s diverse educational and occupational background provides him with the ability to handle strategic planning, transaction management, and real estate consulting. Rick began his career with Bacardi USA overseeing sales aspects of the Midwest including financial analysis of profitability including logistical planning and implementation. He oversaw yearly sales, which exceeded 100 million dollars and included managing 30 distributors and wholesalers throughout the Midwest. He joined the P&MC’s team in 2002. He brings strong managerial and strategic planning skills including communication and an attention to detail for all of his clients real estate needs. Rick received a Bachelors of Arts degree from Albion College in Economics and Management. He also received his Masters degree from Walsh College in Management.
