Richard Lane

Rick Lane has over eighteen years of experience in real estate and real estate law. A graduate of both the University of Virginia and William and Mary Law School, he was a partner in a construction and real estate law firm for over ten years before entering the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining Elkins Lane he was a Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company, one of the largest developers, owners, and property managers in the country. He has represented buyers, owners and tenants all over the Washington, D.C. metropolitan. Raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, he is able to build on relationships developed over a lifetime and is a perrennial Top Commercial Sales agent for Weichert Commercial in the D.C. area.
