Richard Gonor

As a Managing Director for JLL, Richard Gonor specializes in the leasing and sales of Class A and B office properties for institutional and regional property owners throughout the central and downtown San Diego submarkets. He is a passionate industry leader recognized for his vast experience, in-depth understanding of the real estate markets and strong relationships, which helps him to advance the performance of the assets his clients own. Richard represents property owners in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction, build-to-suits, repositioning underperforming assets, investment and owner-user sales. Services provided include developing innovative marketing strategies, portfolio review, proforma projections, property valuation, sale and lease analysis, lease renewals and preparation. Richard has over 30 years of real estate experience and has primarily focused on value creation through the marketing and repositioning of office properties located throughout San Diego. During his career, Richard has completed over $2 billion in real estate transactions representing more than 5 million square feet and over 3,000 lease transactions.
