Mr. Richard Goble is the founder and principal shareholder of G&G Holdings, Inc since 1996 and currently. And Reliable Mortgages, Inc., starting in August 2016 and currently. Reliable Mortgages is an NMLS licensed mortgage lender and servicer. Mr. Goble is a Mortgage Bankers Association, Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB). Mr. Goble was the founder and principal shareholder of North American Clearing, Inc., a clearing firm providing superior back-office clearing, trading, and lending for equities, mortgage-backed securities, options, municipal bonds, and fixed income executions to over 60 small to medium sized broker-dealers and custodian for over $500 million in customer assets. In 1990, he founded, with only $10,000, an Introducing Discount BD which became a successful online trading firm and a nationwide Independent Stockbrokerage Retail company. In 1995, using only the money generated from the retail firm, Mr. Goble founded North American Clearing as an NASDAQ Equity Execution and Correspondent Clearing Firm. North American Clearing was the only Correspondent Clearing Firm located in Central Florida that was serving over sixty Broker Dealers in all fifty states and Puerto Rico. In 2002, Mr. Goble brought forward an IPO for his company, Empire Financial Holdings, Inc., which was listed on the American Stock Exchange and under the trading symbol “EFH.” In 2007, he was elected by the majority of small broker dealers in the United States as an FINRA Governor. From 1992 until 2008, Mr. Goble had been leading the way for new and advanced technology pertaining to online stock trading, self-clearing technology for introducing BDs, complete back office clearing and banking software, NASDAQ market-making and executions software, and accounting software for independent retail branch offices. Mr. Goble has over 32 years’ experience the Securities and Financial Industry. Mr. Goble has been elected President of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, Seminole County Executive Committeeman, and State Officer for the YRs of Florida, and Chairman of his church stewardship committee. Mr. Goble attended The Wharton School in 1999 for the Directors Institute and The Wharton School for the Mergers and Acquisitions Program in 2000. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University.
