Richard Fox III

Richard attended N.C. State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Management, with a Marketing concentration. Richard went on to attend Campbell University Law School where he earned his juris doctorate (J.D.). Richard is a North Carolina licensed attorney in addition to a licensed real estate agent. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Richard practiced law for more than 10 years primarily concentrated in Business Law/Litigation, Construction Law/Litigation and Real Property Litigation. For that reason, Richard brings a special knowledge and unique perspective to his real estate practice. Richard focuses on general commercial brokerage that includes land, office, retail, industrial, and multi-family transactions. Richard instills trust and confidence in his clients to create agent-client teamwork and, ultimately, to achieve desired results for them.
