Richard Dudek

Rich is a Senior Associate at NAI Emory Hill providing consulting and real estate consulting services to a wide variety of clients. Rich began his entrepreneurial career by launching a tanning salon business while in college. After selling the business in 2004, he transitioned into commercial real estate where he has earned a reputation for his ability to develop creative, value-added real estate solutions for his clients as well as mentoring new brokers at the firm. Rich built his practice by working with established local, regional and national companies in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware; Chester County in Pennsylvania and Cecil County in Maryland. He consistently ranks a top performing broker in Delaware. He enjoys advising owner operators and first-time buyers of commercial properties. He navigates them through the pitfalls and makes sure they have the right team in place to get a commercial real estate transaction across the finish line. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Delaware in 2003 and is a native of Hockessin, Delaware. He is a member of the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club, past board member of Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County and is currently an active SIOR. Rich’s primary goal with every new assignment is not to do a single transaction, but to gain a commercial real estate client for life.
