Richard Chinappi

Rich is a 40-year veteran in the restaurant industry. During many years as a corporate executive of a New York Stock Exchange food service corporation and during glory days of the fast food industry, he was responsible for the acquisition of commercial sites from the Rockies to the east coast. In 1980, he became an entrepreneur on the Outer Banks of North Carolina where he operated four successful restaurants. At the same time he was a business consultant for several hotels and restaurants from Philadelphia to New Smyrna, Florida. Rich attended Rutgers and Temple Universities and studied Liberal Arts and Science. In 1999, while on a consulting project, Rich met the owners of the Sunbelt Business Broker franchise in southeastern Virginia. He joined them to assist with the analysis and sales of business listings.
