Richard Chenault

Richard “Rick” Chenault Sr. serves as a Broker at SVN | AVAT Realty LLC. and brings more than 45 years of real estate experience. Rick has worked as a real estate investor and developer, a real estate agent and a HVAC contractor. In his role at SVN, he applies this wealth of experience to aid his clients in their transaction experience. Rick has a strong knowledge of the multifamily and commercial real estate markets that he serves, as well as a thorough background in analyzing and valuing properties to ensure that his clients reach their desired outcome. Rick is a graduate of Auburn University where he started on the Tigers football team. Upon graduation, Rick served our Nation in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He currently serves in his church and several community organizations. Rick is married to his wife Peggy of 45 years. They have five children and several grandchildren.
