Richard, a 35+ year veteran of the South Florida real estate industry, currently serves as an Executive Vice President at NAI Miami Fort Lauderdale. He has represented landlords and tenants in more than 600 lease transactions totaling over 6 million square feet of space. His focus at NAI Miami Fort Lauderdale is assisting office property owners with their real estate requirements. Richard has worked with institutional and entrepreneurial owners of Class A and B buildings such as Southeast Financial Center, The Landing at MIA, Datran Center, The OMNI, One Brickell Square, 1221 Brickell, SunTrust International Center, Courvoisier Centre, Doral Corporate Center, Miami Lakes Corporate Center, Bayview Executive Plaza and more. On the tenant side, Richard has represented or negotiated leases with local, national, and international companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Greenberg Traurig, Allstate Insurance Company, United Healthcare, Gastro Health, TissueTech, Magellan Health Services, Cambridge Health Education, The British Consulate, Mondelez International and many more. Richard received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
