Richard Baker

Richard started his career as a graduate surveyor in the City office of GVA Grimley (now GVA) in 1999. In 2004 Richard moved home to Northamptonshire and joined the Industrial and Logistics team at the Northampton office of Lambert Smith Hampton, progressing to Director and played a key role in the development of the business across the region. In 2012 Richard joined Prop-Search as a Director where he jointly heads up the Northampton office. Richard has significant experience working for local, national and International occupiers, developers and institutional pension funds specialising in investment, development and agency – both disposals and acquisitions.
