Richard Aponte

During the past seventeen years, Rich has successfully leased and sold a variety of commercial properties throughout the Hudson Valley, including Class 'A' office space, industrial properties, multi-family, land and investment properties. Rich has gained extensive knowledge in construction management as a project manager in the construction industry. He was responsible for managing the build–out of Class 'A' office space in Manhattan and in Westchester County. The projects ranged from the Fortune 500 companies to smaller corporate offices.
