Richard Abdulian

Richard Abdulian has been a commercial real estate broker in the Greater Los Angeles region for over thirty-five years focusing primarily on selling and leasing industrial property. In addition he has completed many transactions in office, retail and investments making him uniquely qualified to handle any type of real estate requirement on behalf of his clients. Richard started his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1985 earning “Rookie of the Year” honors within his office. After over ten years as a top producer, he was recruited to join Colliers Seeley’s City of Commerce Office, which at the time was one of the top grossing real estate offices in Southern California. There, he continued his success as a top producer for approximately twelve years. In 2009, he subsequently returned to Newmark of Southern California, Inc., prior to joining Kidder Mathews.
