Rich Naser

Rich joined NAI as a broker associate in 2020 and brings 20 years of economic development experience focused on helping entrepreneurs and innovators launch and grow their businesses in South Dakota. His experience includes establishing and leading both the Zeal Center for Entrepreneurship, a 45,000 SF business incubator, and the University of South Dakota Discovery District, a 120-acre development focused on fostering research and innovation-driven companies. Through these organizations he was involved in all aspects of land and building development, land and building leasing, and property management. Rich is also a principal in Nexus Venture Group, a real estate development firm focused on unique and complex projects that result in wins for its partners, investors and tenants.
