Ric Holt has been a full-time licensed real estate professional for over 27 years. Experienced in property management, leasing, residential and commercial sales, Ric was also the BROKER-OWNER of a national real estate franchise for over 12 years. In addition, he has been a real estate instructor since 2007. He trained agents on both the state and national levels in such subjects, as real estate negotiations, marketing, and market trends. Ric is currently the Managing Broker of RC Real Estate Group formerly Edgewater Beach Realty, Inc. and Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing for Resort Collection.
