Rhett Spencer

A Florence, SC native, Rhett attended Clemson University where he studied Construction Science and Management and Business Administration. Furthering his expertise, Rhett also earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson in 2014. After having summer internships in both commercial construction and commercial real estate, Rhett decided to follow his passion for commercial real estate. He particularly enjoys the networking aspect of the business and the ability to help others achieve their goals through helping them with their real estate needs. Upon graduation, Rhett spent over three years as a Leasing Associate at Ziff Real Estate Partners in Mount Pleasant, SC before transitioning to a Development Coordinator and Broker in Charge at Pearce Land Company in Florence, SC. Rhett is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and a member of ICSC. Leveraging his education and experience, Rhett provides his clients and customers with the highest quality of service and strives to maximize value in every project. In his free time, Rhett enjoys spending time with his wife, Eliza, and son, Tommy, at the beach, on the boat, and traveling together. He may also be found offshore fishing, tailgating for Clemson Football games, and on the golf course.
