As a Commercial Real Estate Professional, Rex Griswold specializes in the sale and leasing of Industrial, Land, and Office properties, automotive, RV, and airport facilities. Having owned and sold his own successful business and currently being the landlord of a commercial building, he is able to understand both sides of a transaction and brings an unique business perspective to any negotiation. Having been elected to the Mesa City Council for two terms as well as his business experience, allows Rex Griswold to share his municipal expertise, zoning knowledge, leadership, and experience both from the public and private sectors with clients. Rex Griswold holds a current Commercial Real Estate License, as well as being married for 48 years, and has 3 grown daughters. Giving back to the community is also important to Rex Griswold. He has served as President of his Rotary, volunteered in teaching business classes for Junior Achievement for over 15 years, was a State Board Member for the Arizona Restaurant Association and was a member of the Falcon Field Alliance.
