Rett Turner, CCIM, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President specializing in Corporate Portfolio Services and Tenant Representation. Rett is experienced in assisting companies, both large and small, with managing global real estate portfolios and requirements. With 18 years’ experience in corporate real estate, he most recently held the position of Director of Office Leasing at Northwood Office, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm located in Charlotte, NC. While there, he focused on leasing office space in Ballantyne, an internationally recognized business community with more than four million square feet of Class A office space. On behalf of Ballantyne, Rett and his team assisted in transactions with corporations including MetLife, ESPN, Snyder’s-Lance, LendingTree, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. During his sixyear tenure with Ballantyne, Rett’s team completed 700+ transactions with lease values in excess of $800,000,000, resulting in the addition of approximately one million sq. ft. of Class A office space during his time there. Prior to joining Northwood, Rett worked as a Vice President and Managing Director for Bissell Companies, and as an Office Broker with CBRE in Charlotte, NC. Rett currently resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and two sons. He is an avid runner, golfer and outdoorsman with most of his time away from the office spent supporting his sons’ athletic interests.
