Renee has consulted Owners on the portfolio's future income earning potential, rewritten loans, leased a building that had been vacant for three years by using innovative marketing techniques, and managed construction of an office building, then leased it to 97% occupancy in one year. Some of her clients include Regis University, Easter Seals, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, Spay Today and The ARC of Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties. She successfully negotiates more than 40 lease and ten sale transactions annually.
