Renee has over 16 years of volunteering within her community, working with residents and the City of Atlanta Planning office to implement improved zoning and development opportunities for her community. She has served on her local Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) board for eight years and as the housing chairperson, where she leveraged relationships to sponsor a housing tour and showcase new development opportunities. Renee has held a real estate salesperson license since 2003, where she has worked with many builders and developers to revitalize metro Atlanta communities. Renee has continued to expand her real estate services into marketing commercial and development opportunities and working with local businesses to identify retail spaces. Renee has earned top recognition with Berkshire Hathaway as one of its top 7% real estate professionals nationwide. She has advised and represented community development organizations, investors, and developers on acquisition and disposition projects and provided construction management, leasing, and property management services. While volunteering, she balanced budgets, managed capital improvement projects, negotiated contracts, leveraged partnerships with developers to fund events to showcase new infill homes, and worked with City Planners to improve new housing design and development standards. Renee services clients in commercial and residential real estate and is a member of several commercial real estate organizations, including ICSC, ULI, Georgia CCIM & the Atlanta Commercial Board.
