Rene Soto serves as Senior Vice President with NAI Capital in Pasadena, exclusively representing tenants in the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley markets. He specializes in strategic real estate planning and implementation. His strategic approach ensures his clients’ interests are represented in lease negotiations and real estate acquisitions. He helps tenants evaluate, strategize and develop their real estate plans. Rene is an expert advisor with a special emphasis on financial analysis and scenario modeling to achieve his client’s real estate goals and objectives. Rene has over 20 years of experience as a tenant advocate focused on tenant representation, providing his clients strategic advice in real estate planning and implementation. Rene recently joined NAI Capital from Lee & Associates. He began his real estate career in 1998 as a Tenant Rep Consultant. In 2002, he joined The Staubach Company. Since then, Rene has been offering his clients expert lease negotiations and solutions for acquiring real estate from a tenant’s perspective.
