Remy Notkin is an Associate on JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He provides strategic real estate solutions for local, regional, and national clients by analyzing their real estate needs and developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. Remy's focus in the commercial real estate industry is on tenant representation and advising clients on real estate transactions. His experience includes market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory, workplace strategy, lease negotiations, and strategic development. Prior to joining JLL, Remy worked as a Research Analyst at CBRE. He gained experience building market intelligence and enhancing resources for real estate brokerage and asset servicing staff while tracking local and national activity to analyze and forecast market trends and statistics. His strong industry knowledge and analytical background allows him to understand the needs of his clients and execute strategic business objectives. Remy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Degree in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
