Reilly Marchant

Reilly is a member of the Retail Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on mixed-use and urban projects in and around Richmond. Reilly provides customers with rewarding lease and sale negotiations through his in-depth analytic approach to the market and superior customer service. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Reilly worked in commercial real estate research and analytics at The CoStar Group. He joined the Thalhimer team in 2014 and has steadily improved his performance year over year. In 2019, Reilly completed over $11,240,000 in transactional volume and was Thalhimer Realty Partner’s “Dealmaker Award” winner.
