Reilly Hudson

As a Vice President in CBRE Retail, Reilly Hudson specializes in both occupier and landlord representation, working with multiple D.C.-area retail and restaurant tenants, as well as prominent property owners, on their retail leasing strategies. In his occupier representation, Reilly’s services for retailers and restaurants range from comprising multi-market roll-out for fast-expanding concepts to targeted site selection. In his representation of landlords, Reilly partners with developers and owners to provide retail strategy for new developments, merchandising and transactional services.The assets in Reilly’s leasing portfolio range from lifestyle centers, power centers, mixed-use projects, traditional shopping centers, to urban street retail. Reilly first joined CBRE in 2018 and soon after received the Mid-Atlantic Associate of the Year award. He has deep roots in the Washington, D.C.and grew up in Kensington, MD. He attended St. John’s College High School in DC, and Towson University in Baltimore, where he earned his degree in Business and Communications. He currently lives in the District, where he spends his free time visiting restaurants and organizing industry events.
