Reid Halverson

Reid Halverson is a managing director with Newmark’s Dallas office and a member of the tenant representation team. Focusing on delivering office and industrial tenant representation services, Mr. Halverson is passionate about providing his clients a path to success and building long-term relationships. His experience with financial and market analyses has provided Mr. Halverson with a thorough understanding of the office and industrial leasing markets. He leverages this background and knowledge in order provide his clients’ sound real estate solutions that meet both their strategic and financial needs. Mr. Halverson joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey, where he began his real estate career in 2015. His previous experience includes working as a financial analyst for Savills-Studley’s Corporate Services Group. By combining his background in finance and competitive mindset, Mr. Halverson has developed a reputation for his service-first philosophy, attention to detail and fierce commitment to his growing list of clients.
