Rebecca Zigterman

Rebecca joined ECR as its third team member in 2010 and currently oversees project leasing responsibilities for over one million SF of office and medical space. In addition to landlord representation, Rebecca represents tenants with their site selection, negotiation, and long-term strategy while also providing commercial real estate sales services through client dispositions and acquisitions. Rebecca has completed over 550 transactions and has been recognized as an Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” for multiple years. Rebecca is currently in her third year of serving on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) as the liaison to its two local charities, RMHC and Mainspring Schools. She also helps lead ECR Serves and is involved with Gateway Church in Austin. Prior to ECR, Rebecca worked at Stanford University in the residential and dining department. Prior to Stanford, Rebecca worked for RE/MAX Alliance in the greater Boulder area after graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder (CU), where she received her Bachelor of Arts and a certificate of business and developed her passion for real estate.
