Rebecca Dragin

REBECCA DRAGIN is a Senior Leasing Associate with Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc.. She is responsible for a portion of the 73 Shadow-Anchored WalMart centers the company owns and manages. Her duties include establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and tenants, negotiating new lease transactions and renewals and maximizing ROI for partners and investors. In this role she works closely with the property management, accounting, marketing, legal and construction teams. Rebecca has over 15 years in the industry. Her experience in asset management and brokerage services at CBRE provided a broad understanding of corporate real estate services. From there she joined US Properties Group, an owner and developer of community, grocery-anchored and regional shopping centers. She joined Schostak Brothers in June 2010. Rebecca is a member of ICSC and regularly attends national and regional industry events. She is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio and resides in Columbus, OH with her husband.
