Reagan Henderson
Reagan Henderson joined Colliers Nashville as Vice President of Retail Services and Land in the spring of 2023. She partners with industry experts, Woody Widenhofer and Brian Forrester, Principals and Executive Vice Presidents. Her concentrations include landlord and tenant representation, site selection and advising owners and developers on market studies and trends— Reagan’s clientele range from small business owners to public and private multibillion-dollar companies. Prior to joining Colliers, Reagan worked as Director of Real Estate for First Watch Restaurants focusing on site selection and real estate negotiations in Nashville, Chicago, Denver, and Cleveland. Since starting her real estate career in 2015, Reagan has a diverse real estate background which includes site selection for a publicly traded restaurant company, leasing Class A office buildings in Nashville and Los Angeles, managing over 1M square feet and overseeing a $16M repositioning of a downtown Nashville office building. A native of Southern California, Reagan spent over 8 years working in music video and concert production, where she produced over 100 music videos for Cash Money Records.
