Ray Collins is the principal of Collins Commercial Properties, Inc., founded in November 1996, specializing in all facets of Retail Commercial Real Estate: land assemblage, site selection, rezoning, consulting, tenant representation, landlord representation, and sale of income properties throughout the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. Mr. Collins’ retail knowledge began with his family’s operation of junior department stores throughout his childhood and early adulthood. Prior to forming Collins Commercial Properties, Inc. Ray held various positions with Triad regional brokerage and development firms, as well as prior experience with developers The Crosland Group, Lat Purser & Associates and Equity Properties Group while living in Charlotte, NC.
