Rayann possesses over 6 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining TAG, Rayann worked in Toronto on the Colliers appraisal team as an analyst, moving from her role in Edmonton as a client project coordinator assisting the Colliers industrial leasing and sales team. Her experience in commercial leasing and appraisal is coupled with a background in residential real estate, which she acquired in her role as office manager for ReMax Central in Edmonton. In her role at TAG Developments Rayann supports the Senior Vice President of Asset Management in acquiring, vetting, and executing lease agreements - providing clients with a pleasant and professional experience. Rayann holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Saint Mary’s University (2004) and completed her Real Estate license with the Ontario Real Estate Association College in 2010.
