He has a proven track record in improving the income, stability, and sales performance of a full spectrum of retail property categories located in large and small markets across the country. Since joining S&H, Ray has also worked on a variety healthcare and public sector projects creating and executing retail as well as other commercial real estate strategies . Ray possesses a unique ability to blend professionalism with an engaging sense of humour that contributes greatly to forming long-term relationships which is an overriding goal in all his interactions. As a result, he has developed a strong contact base and an excellent reputation within the retail real estate community. Ray still thrives on the prospecting and cold calling stages of leasing and enjoys applying the effort and diligence required to successfully lease challenged real estate properties. He has great deal of experience successfully negotiating with national tenants as well as possessing the personality that enables him to work well with independent tenants. Prior to joining S & H Realty Corporation, Ray held senior leasing roles with Counsel Corporation and Bayfield Realty Advisors, and retail leasing roles with Pioneer Property Group (now Bentall Green Oak), The Second Cup, O&Y Enterprise (now Arcturus Realty Corporation), and The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. Ray Spiteri holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts, Applied Geography from Ryerson University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the province of Ontario and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC).
