With over four decades of experience in real estate, Ray caters to the specific needs of customers and clients alike; offering sellers individualized and innovative marketing strategies, in addition to expertise with negotiations, and buyers receive unwavering personal attention. Ray brings uniqueness to the industry, as he is involved in both Brokerage and Property Ownership allowing him to understand both sides of the methods including successful deals for buyer/seller/landlord. Ray Finkelstein was honored by ABLI/CIBS in 2011 for the Largest Office Brokerage Deal on Long Island. He was instrumental in pioneering the sale of land and for having had developers build over a million square feet of office and industrial space in the 1980's and 1990’s. He is responsible for brokering and developing over 80% of Port Washington Industrial Park. Ray has been involved with many of the leading companies on Long Island such as Marchon Eyewear, MSC Industrial Supply Co., Gilbert Displays, Federal Express and Viacom. Ray Finkelstein holds a business degree from Southern Illinois University.
