Raul Pino

Raul is a Miami, Florida native who returned to his hometown in 2015 after attending school in Pittsburgh on a scholarship to play college football. He began his career as a door-to-door salesman, quickly becoming a top performer and developing a passion for sales. With a desire to further his education, Raul enrolled at Florida International University, where he earned a degree in business and entrepreneurship in 2017. After graduation, Raul worked as a sales manager for a Fortune 500 company, applying his education and skills to excel in his role. It was during this time that he met one of his mentors, who introduced him to the possibilities of real estate and the importance of investing. Inspired by this new opportunity, Raul made the bold decision to leave his high-earning job to pursue his passion for real estate. Together with his longtime friend, Pablo Vignolo, Raul founded The Hype Real Estate Group. Since its inception, the brokerage has closed hundreds of millions in sales, with projections to double the company's size by the end of 2023. As Managing Principal, Raul is fully committed to providing exceptional service to his clients while also serving as a real estate investor himself. With a deep understanding of the industry and its markets, Raul hopes to not only provide exceptional service to his clients but also teach them the tried-and-true means of building wealth through real estate investments. Balancing his role at work and at home, Raul is fully immersed in the world of real estate and is always dedicated to helping his clients achieve their property goals.
