After graduating from the University of Mississippi in 2004, Ransome Foose joined Bank of America Securities as an Analyst. Over his eight year investment banking career and subsequent promotions to Vice President, Ransome closed over $90 billion in real estate related syndicated financings. In 2012, Ransome joined a wealth management firm, which managed $240 million in client assets. In 2014, eager to get back into real estate, Ransome joined Berkeley Capital Advisors, and specializes in the sale of single tenant, net leased properties. Ransome is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Corner’s Society, Charlotte Leadership Forum, and is on the Board of Directors for the Dowd YMCA.
