Randy is responsible for relocation, site selection and tenant representation for industrial & commercial facility users in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Randy’s background in sales and management at sales, retail and distribution companies benefit him in understanding the needs and requirements of industrial real estate users, enabling him to locate the best solutions for their businesses. Randy attended Temple University before relocating to South Florida in 1981. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Society of Palm Beach County, Realtor Association of Palm Beach and a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman.
