Randy is a creative, critically thinking, and vision-driven commercial real estate professional with a diverse background in real estate finance, development, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Dominus, he held key roles in some of the largest and most active firms in Texas and California, managing over $1 billion of assets in his tenure, and sourcing and underwriting over $40 million of new opportunities for acquisition and/or development in both the US and Canada. A dedicated and dynamic member of the Dallas commercial real estate community, Randy has served on various boards and committees, including The Real Estate Council of Dallas, CoreNet Global, and the UNT Real Estate Alumni. He is also the founder and active head of Friends in Real Estate, a thriving networking group with over 900 members. Outside of commercial real estate, Randy is an active member of his local parish, St.Thomas Aquinas, where he serves as a mentor to both adults and teens as well as serves within other ministries. Additionally, Randy is an active member of Mensa, the largest and oldest High-IQ society in the world. With his extensive experience, ingenuity, and strong network, Randy is well-positioned to provide exceptional value to clients at Dominus. Heavily involved within the commercial real estate community holding a leadership position within The Real Estate Council Young Guns as Membership Engagement Chair (2019) and Membership Recruitment Chair as well as the founder of the Friends in Real Estate, a monthly happy hour for young commercial real estate professionals with over 400 members. In addition, co-founded and serves as a board member for One of a Kindness non-profit to aid those negatively impacted by addiction. Previously served as the president for the University of North Texas Real Estate Club (2015-2016) and as president of the UNT Real Estate Alumni Association (2016-2018) and now serves as a board advisor for the aforementioned Alumni Association.
