Randy Sherman

Randy Sherman serves as the Executive Managing Director at Helmsley Spear, LLC focusing on both Landlord and Tenant representation. Mr. Sherman has extensive knowledge of the market, his ability to adapt to its ever-changing landscape, and his resourcefulness in relation to the needs of his customers distinguishes him from the competition. Mr. Sherman has nearly 30 years of experience representing tenants and landlords throughout New York City. Mr. Sherman has closed over six million square feet of commercial leasing transactions with major corporations. Prior to joining Helmsley Spear, Mr. Sherman served as Executive Managing Director of MHP Real Estate Services for over twenty (20) years and, prior to that, as a Vice President with Broadwall Brokerage and Consulting, structuring relationships with many Fortune 100 companies. While at MHP, Randy served as the Eastern Regional Vice President for TCN Worldwide. He has acted as the liaison for a dozen TCN affiliates in the eastern region. His team of professionals’ benefits enormously from his ability to teach young talent this complicated business, laying a solid foundation utilizing all the available assets and resources of MHP/TCN. Mr. Sherman earned a B.S. degree from American University. He resides in New Rochelle with one of his two sons.
