Fairway and Ranch Realty headquartered in Temecula, California was founded in 1990 by Randy & Diana Roth and has been a family owned business since. The Temecula and Murrieta Valley cities are located in Southwest Riverside County, conveniently located within an easy drive from San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. This unique geographic location, approximately 23 nautical miles from the Pacific Ocean, provides a mediterannean like climate, compared to the likes of Italy. Considered one of the fastest growing areas in Southern California. The Temecula and Murrieta Valley has something for everyone: great weather, many golf courses, over 50 wineries, a major Casino, award winning schools, and charming historical old towns in both the Cities of Temecula and Murrieta. The Roths came to Temecula Valley in 1984 and stayed to produce the 1985 Skins Game at Bear Creek. Randy was the Director of Marketing for Jack Nicklaus Development’s Bear Creek Golf Club. Roth's background since graduating from The Ohio State University was promoting and marketing LPGA and PGA Tour events across the Nation. During Roth's tenure at Bear Creek, Roth was required to obtain a California Real Estate license to assist in the advertising and marketing of Bear Creek’s 615 acre development. Upon leaving Bear Creek in 1987, Roth joined a local Real Estate firm, near Bear Creek, and continued specializing in the Bear Creek Real Estate product. It was during this time Roth gained heavy knowledge in the west side equestrian and mountainous areas known as La Cresta in Murrieta, and De Luz in Temecula, all five acre minimum areas offering Estate Homes and Vacant Land opportunities. Recognizing the Real Estate opportunities and future growth potential of the Temecula Valley, Roth decided in 1990 to open his own brokerage of Fairway & Ranch Realty based in Temecula. The Temecula and Murrieta Valley areas have a diverse range of Real Estate offerings thanks to a well planned Community Master Plan by Kaiser Corp. in the 1980s. In 1984 not many people knew where Temecula was, in fact, there were bumper stickers asking “Where the Hell is Temecula?” Today the Temecula and Murrieta Valley area is internationally known and arguably one of the best places to live in the world. We could not have found a better place to raise our family!
