Randy Pease

Randy Pease, CCIM joined NAI Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services as a Vice President in March of 2024. Specializing in Student Housing and NNN-Leased investment properties, Randy brings a unique set of skills to the Logic Team. Prior to joining NAI, Randy was vice president at Logic Commercial Real estate and prior to Logic, Randy was a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Reno office where he played a role in the assembly, acquisition and disposition of nearly 350,000 SF of land for Student Housing Development. Randy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and joined the Northern Nevada Chapter in 2019. He also serves on the City of Reno’s Green Building Council and is a past member of the City of Reno’s Technology Council. Randy is the Past President and Chairman of the Board of the Sierra Arts Foundation, a local non-profit that supports artists and promotes the arts in our community. A self-professed workaholic, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, investing, and yes, doing more work.
