Randy Kornblatt
Randy is a Managing Director for Sinvin Real Estate.
Randy Kornblatt developed his interest in real estate by initially buying and selling apartments undergoing Co-op conversions in the early 1980’s. This led to his interest in the commercial real estate sector where he has more than 30 years of extensive experience representing tenants and owners in both the office and industrial markets in the leasing, purchasing and acquisition of commercial and industrial space. Randy has a long record of success guiding many varied tenants in such fields including tech, law, publishing, advertising, non-profits, fashion, PR and several Fortune 500 companies. In addition he has been the exclusive leasing agent for both private as well as institutional property owners. Randy has attended Queens College and received a BA in Political Science.
