As Managing Principal of Preston Bend Real Estate (PBRE), Randy is responsible for a variety of corporate functions but, mostly, he is a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He specializes in Retail, Office, and Industrial transactions and is dedicated to the growth of PBRE’s portfolio and building lasting business relationships. At the start of his career, Randy learned from some of the most experienced real estate brokers at Henry S. Miller in Dallas, Texas, one of the largest and oldest independent brokerage firms in the state of Texas. Following Henry S. Miller, Randy became a Real Estate Manager for Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc. where he played an integral role in negotiating and procuring new restaurant locations throughout the United States. After acquiring a host of corporate real estate skills, Randy returned to Commercial Brokerage as a Broker Associate for Scott Brown Commercial in Denton, Texas. Randy’s success can be attributed to his determined work ethic, his unwavering honesty, and enthusiasm for delivering the best results for his clients. Randy was born and raised in Sherman, Texas and currently lives in Prosper with his wife, Megan, and their three sons. Randy is a graduate from the University of North Texas. Randy enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and the occasional round of golf.
