Randy Hoye

Randy joined Richard Bowers & Company in June of 2002 bringing with him over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has done transactions with many fine companies such as, Pulte Home Corp., IBM, AutoNation, SunTrust, Nissei America, and Hewlett Packard Co. During his 13 years with Regent Partners, Randy handled a variety of assignments including leasing a number of office buildings for owners, as well as representing many office tenants in the marketplace. In addition, Randy represents two industrial projects in Cobb County, as well as industrial tenants throughout the Atlanta area. He previously was a senior executive associate at Cousins Realty where he represented the leasing at the Wildwood Office Park in Cobb County. Prior to Cousins, Randy handled a number of office and industrial listings for the Franklin Property Company. Randy graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy in 1974. Married for 23 years with two teenage sons, Randy is very involved in family activities. Over the years he has been a Cub Scout leader, coached soccer and still coaches roller blade hockey for both sons. He and his family attend Shallowford Presbyterian Church.
